Consumer Complaint against Nokia: It really works

In one of my previous posts(Consumer Rights) I spoke about one of my experiences with Consumer Forum. I have given a weblink also.
Very recently I faced a problem with Nokia N95. It was under warranty but Nokia refused to repair it for free. Then I lodged the complain on this link www.core.nic.in and it works. See the mail below I got from the agency.
