A new scheme is announced today i.e 3rd July 2008 by Greater Noida Authority for sale of 120 Sq mt and 200 Sq mt plots in sector XU -II and Sector 3 in Greater Noida. God knows where these sectors are. The rates are 10,500 Rs/Sqmt. And registration money for 120 sqmt is Rs 126000 and for 200 sq mt is Rs 210000.
